If you have imported the Demo Contents already then initial pages are already created and you do not need to create them again.

Gallery Page

You can give a title Tours Gallery to this page and select Tours Gallery template then click the Publish button.

Tours Listing Configuration

You will also see a Tours Listing Configuration metabox where you can enter the number of tours to display on the gallery as displayed in the following screenshot.
